Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through RevPep at revpep.com, including checkout flows linked from the New You app. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

1. Contact us before returning anything

Do not send products back without approved return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without refund. Contact us first with your order number, reason for the request, and photos if the issue involves damage or incorrect items.

2. General policy

• Except where required by law or expressly approved by RevPep in writing, all sales are final.
• Opened, reconstituted, used, altered, mishandled, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Products returned without prior authorization are not guaranteed to be accepted or credited.
• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion when fairness and product integrity allow.

3. Eligible issues

We may approve a refund, replacement, or reshipment when we confirm one of the following:

• Wrong item shipped: you received a product different from what you ordered;
• Missing item: a paid item was not included in the shipment;
• Verified transit damage: the product arrived materially damaged in transit and you provide required documentation within the claim window;
• Confirmed fulfillment error: we shipped the wrong quantity, variant, or clearly mislabeled item due to our mistake.

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier delivery scan unless a longer period is required by law.

4. Ineligible issues

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind;
• Failure to read product descriptions, research-use notices, or compatibility information;
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer;
• Refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages;
• Carrier delays outside our reasonable control;
• Products compromised after delivery due to storage, handling, reconstitution, or use;
• Orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs or local authorities;
• Products purchased for any non-research or prohibited use;
• Promotional or clearance items marked final sale, if applicable.

5. Damaged or incorrect shipments

To review a damage or fulfillment claim, we may require:

• Order number and email used at checkout
• Photos of the shipping label, outer box, inner packaging, and affected product(s)
• Description of what was ordered versus what was received

If approved, we may reship the correct item, replace damaged goods, or issue a refund to the original payment method. We do not require customers to return damaged goods in every case; when return is requested, we will provide instructions.

6. Lost packages

If tracking shows no delivery progress or indicates loss, contact us after the carrier's expected delivery window has passed. We will open a carrier inquiry when appropriate. If the carrier confirms loss and we verify fulfillment on our end, we may reship or refund the product cost at our discretion. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless we confirm a fulfillment error.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and normal return rules apply.
• If we cancel an order due to inventory, compliance, or payment review issues, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Refund method and timing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refund processing typically begins within 3–5 business days after approval.
• Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
• Original shipping charges are refundable only when required by law or when we confirm a fulfillment error on our part.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have an order issue, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate problems. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of future service.

10. Research-use limitation

By purchasing from RevPep, you acknowledge that research materials may lose integrity once opened or mishandled and may not be safely restocked. For that reason, we maintain a strict policy against returns of opened research chemicals except where required by law.

11. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. The policy in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order unless otherwise required by law.
