Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the New You mobile application and related digital services, and your purchase of products through the RevPep online store at revpep.com (together, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, creating an account, downloading the app, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

"RevPep," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of revpep.com and affiliated research-product sales channels. "New You" refers to the personal wellness tracking mobile application that may link to RevPep catalogs, educational content, and checkout flows. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us using the support or legal contact information listed on revpep.com or in the New You app Settings.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the New You app, and at least 21 years old to purchase research chemicals from RevPep.
• You represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
• By completing checkout, clicking "Agree," or otherwise continuing to use the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Research products only — no human or veterinary use

Unless expressly labeled otherwise in writing by us for a lawful non-research purpose permitted in your jurisdiction, all peptides, research chemicals, lyophilized powders, blends, and related items offered through RevPep are sold strictly as research-use-only (RUO) materials.

• Products are not FDA-approved or cleared for medical use, food use, cosmetic injection, or household use.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition in humans or animals.
• We do not promote, encourage, or provide advice regarding human or animal administration, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical personal use.
• Lyophilized products may require reconstitution with a suitable diluent in a qualified research setting. Reconstitution supplies such as bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles, or other administration supplies may be sold separately or not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
• Product labels, catalog images, educational content, calculators, schedules, or library entries are provided for identification, inventory, and research-context information only. They are not dosing instructions for personal use.

You agree that you will only purchase and use products for lawful research purposes consistent with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended research use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. No medical, pharmacy, or professional advice

Nothing in the Services — including peptide libraries, schedule templates, calculators, cheat sheets, trainer notes, supplement guides, order suggestions, or AI/chat-style educational tools — constitutes medical advice, pharmacy services, nursing advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to start, stop, or modify any treatment.

• New You is a personal tracking and educational tool only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
• Always consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider before making health decisions.
• Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information in the app or on our website.
• In a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

5. Assumption of risk and buyer responsibility

Research chemicals may be hazardous if handled improperly. By purchasing or using products through RevPep, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with possession, storage, handling, shipping, and research use of such materials, including risks arising from misuse, contamination, instability, misidentification, or handling by unqualified persons.

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Verifying product identity, purity, concentration, and suitability for your research protocol;
• Using appropriate personal protective equipment, laboratory controls, and disposal methods;
• Maintaining records and compliance with institutional review, biosafety, and chemical-handling requirements;
• Any consequences of use outside lawful research contexts.

6. Prohibited uses and conduct

You may not use the Services to:

• Purchase products for human consumption, self-administration, cosmetic injection, athletic doping, weight-loss self-treatment, or any non-research personal use;
• Purchase products for resale, redistribution, or export in violation of law without required licenses;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, export control rule, or third-party rights;
• Misrepresent your age, identity, research affiliation, or intended use;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app, website, checkout, or security systems except as permitted by law;
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or harass other users or staff;
• Use the Services in any manner that could harm RevPep, New You users, payment processors, or carriers.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we suspect a prohibited use or compliance risk.

7. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors.
• Payment is processed through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments and affiliated processors. Their terms also apply to checkout.
• You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Title and risk of loss pass according to the shipping terms selected at checkout, except where prohibited by law.

8. Shipping, delivery, and restrictions

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and for receiving the shipment lawfully.
• Some products may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for import, customs, and local restrictions.
• If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or refused because of incorrect information or legal restrictions, remedies may be limited as described in our shipping and refund policies posted on revpep.com.

9. Returns, refunds, and chargebacks

Because research chemicals may be temperature-sensitive and integrity-dependent, return and refund eligibility is limited. Our current return, replacement, and refund rules are posted on revpep.com and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Unless required by applicable law, opened, used, mishandled, or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account restriction or order cancellation on future purchases.

10. Product disclaimers and no warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

• We do not warrant that products will meet your research objectives, achieve specific results, or be free from defects.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• Analytical data, certificates, or third-party testing references, if provided, are for informational purposes and may not guarantee batch performance in your protocol.
• Catalog images, educational references, and third-party links may contain errors or become outdated.

11. New You app terms

11.1 License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the New You app for personal, non-commercial tracking and educational purposes on devices you control.

11.2 Local data and feeds

Much of the information you enter in New You is stored locally on your device. Optional remote JSON feeds, Shopify catalog links, weather, mindset quotes, and similar integrations may retrieve data from third-party URLs configured in Settings or by your administrator.

11.3 No guarantee of accuracy

Schedules, calculators, peptide charts, supplement references, order mappings, and pricing feeds may be incomplete, approximate, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it for research, purchasing, or health decisions.

11.4 Updates and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time without liability.

12. Intellectual property

The New You app, RevPep branding, website content, catalogs, graphics, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

13. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third parties including Shopify, Apple, Google, Firebase, payment processors, shipping carriers, email clients, and external educational websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, outages, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RevPep, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services or products;
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Your research activities or handling of research materials;
• Any allegation that your conduct caused injury, contamination, regulatory action, or property damage.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RevPep and the New You app operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to RevPep for the product or order giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Compliance with laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including research chemical restrictions, controlled-substance laws where applicable, import/export controls, biosafety rules, and consumer protection laws. You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where purchase or possession of the ordered materials is prohibited.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, refuse future orders, or cancel accounts if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, or engaged in fraud or abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including research-use disclaimers, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

18. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Utah for disputes that are not subject to mandatory arbitration under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against us.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting purchases, we may also post notice on revpep.com or in the app.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted shipping/refund policies on revpep.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
