New You is a private self-health dashboard for wellness metrics, workouts, schedules, diet planning, reference content, shopping tools, and local health records.

Common Issues
- Apple Health data requires permission in iOS Settings.
- Shop checkout opens outside the app through Shopify.
- Deleted apps may lose local-only records unless they were separately backed up or exported.
- Internet access is required for remote catalog, video, meal, and workout feeds.
Health Data
Apple Health access is optional. New You reads supported metrics only after the user grants permission. Health records and imported PDFs are stored locally on the device unless the user chooses to share them.
Orders
Eligible shop items use Shopify checkout. New You does not collect credit card, wallet, or payment credentials inside the app.

New You does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescription services, pharmacy services, dosing instructions, or medical advice. Educational reference content should be reviewed with a qualified professional when needed.
